hello friends TV tuner card question

i have buy a tv wonder pro card with out cd , i have download and install its driver and application of tv and i have 64 mb onboard grafix card , intel d865 is my motherboard and im using windows professional , i have checked my grafix accellation is full but tv software is showing that "unable to start " what i do please help me thankx

have you checked device manager to make sure all drivers are in properly? gfx/tv card etc..

i have checked that in dxdiag my hardware accelation is full and all 3d and directdraw or agp app is enable , know u tell me step by step please , i dont know how to check in device meneger drivers thankx
