q6600's tend to go for about £90 on here, the mobo maybe £40 and another £40 for the ram.

I'd say you could get quite a bit more for the RAM. Is it DDR2 or DDR3? 2x 4GB or 4x 2GB? Either way, I'd say it would be worth way more than £40.

I'd also say you could fetch £50-60 for the mobo too.
