who would bother? You can get AM2 CPUs for buttons these days, I don't see the point in this board really.

*SIGH* yes, you wouldn't build a new PC with this board, but if you had an aging S939 rig as your *only* PC, this would give you an opportunity to reuse those components in a much more appealling end product (e.g. as a lowish power htpc) when you upgrade to a new PC. Definitely a limited market, but then AS-Rock have made a lot of hardware with limited appeal - mostly I think they do it just to prove they can
