    Somethings up :S

Just noticed from turning on my computer something is wrong, booting is taking a lot longer and the CPU usage is jumping around like mental but the computer seems more responsive and quicker when it is loaded

it does it mainly in the first 5 minutes of it logging on, and i really cant see what it is, i have no downloaded anything that could be a virus.

    completely clueless.

    Re: Somethings up :S

Is it doing it every time?

We have just had a bumper load of MS updates, don't forget, and sometimes they take some processing after the first reboot or two. It should go away after a few restarts though.
