Biostar TPower X58A or MSI X58M ?

Putting aside overclocking if you was to choose one of the above boards which one would it be and why ?

I had the MSI X58M in mind as it has LGA775 mounting holes so i could use my old Zalman ZM-WB5 waterblock but i'm unsure about the black zalman mount with the solid caps around the 1366 sockets.
