    Should be fine, but I would get an AM cooler before starting that process. Also, I recommend with that PSU, not going above 3.2GHz. Mainly because if you buy anything else, like another hard drive, or a more powerful graphics card, in the future, 550W may not be enough. If this is however the be all/end all of your build, go crazy.
