120mm fan socket 775 cooler, less than 160mm height? Silent GPU or CPU cooler?

Are there any coolers that can "equip" a 120mm that is less than 150mm in height?

So far the only one I know about that's under £25 is the Xigmatek HDT-D1284.

I definitely don't want to spend more than £25 as it will be used to cool a E5300 which only cost £55 in the first place.

I know it's a hard find but hopefully someone can help xD

Are there any other coolers below 150mm height that can cool silently at 100%?

Currently got a 120mm Enermax Apollish Red Case Fan and 2x Zalman RC100 (5V) Noiseless Resistor Cable and need another item in order to qualify for free delivery.

Which one would be a bigger priority, silencing my 8600GT (currently the loudest thing in my case when idle) or my CPU (not loud on idle as it spins at 12.5% but very loud when it spins up to 100%)?

Thermaltake CL-P0369 Maxorb 75mm £30
Asus Triton 75, 90mm, not fan (so add 25mm and cost of a fan)

Scythe Katana 2 £23 it's only a quite 100mm fan, but can be replaced with a 120mm. (held in by a clamp)

Actually, I got a better idea, buy a new case later and then I won't have to "waste" money getting a lower profile cooler. Thanks for the helps guys.
