I was trawling through fleabay psu section and something intresting caught my eye

Yes it reeks of el-cheapo fire hazard psu

for a laugh I decided to look at there listed specs

+5V 30A
+3.3V 25A
+12V1 20A
+12V2 20A
+12V3 20A
+12V4 20A
-12V 0.6A
+5V/SB 2.5A

Now what's really funny it the way whoever made this has covered there ass, that thing maybe totally lieing about it's specs but it'll be next to impossible to prove in a real life situation and so it's probably not a fire hazard.

How do I know that?

Have a look at the great range of cables
1 x Combination of 20+4pin (=24 or 20pin) for Motherboards
1 x 4pin P4 +12v for Motherboards
1 x SATA for SATA components such as HDDs,CD/DVD Drives, etc
1 x 'Mini-Plug' for Floppy Drives, etc
4 x 4pin 'Molex' for IDE HDDs,CD/DVD Drives, etc

Yep that right this 800w beast only have 6 perifiry connectors, even if it could only supply half it's listed wattage max it'll be next to impossible to build a pc that could 300w off of that few connectors.

That has to be the biggest joke of a psu spec I've ever seen

Email him for more details; who's it made by? Ask him how efficient it is!
