    Evga rma?!?!

Well after playing last night and firing up my pc this evening, Aion crashed numerous times - which then lead to my machine having lines all over the screen - including bios. Basically my card is shafted!! I've had this 8800GTS 640 for over 2 years now - think it was May 07 when I built my machine back then.

Anyways enough of that ranting, how good are EVGA for RMA'ing cards? I have a 10 year limited warranty on this card, as I registered my card before 30 days of purchase.

I clicked on RMA through EVGA and they say someone should be in contact within the next 3 working days, is it quicker to phone tech support and see if they can process my RMA faster?

    Any idea's would be awesome

    Cheers

It's always quicker to phone, you just might get someone who really wants to help, on the whole I have found them pretty good to deal with.

    Good luck.

Phone if you can and make a note of who you spoke to and when..

EVGA have a great reputation for support, unfortunately, I found them to be exactly the opposite. I assured them I wouldn't buy anything made by them again and I'm sticking to that.

Can you not get support from the shop you bought it from?
