I Was allways lead to belive the P4C800 was the best.
But I've tested a MAX3 and it was stunning, although a little noisy (its got active cooling for everything, lol).

Abit have been around for ever in the motherboard market, so you can be sure your getting a great board in the IC7 Max 3. But dont underestimate DFI. They are a fairly new company which seem to know what the end user want, They will be a company mentioned among the big names of the motherboard industry in the not so distant future.
