What should i set my *Intel QX6700 Core 2 Quad Extreme* Bios settings too?

I have a shuttle SD39P2, and am using an Intel QX6700 Core 2 Quad Extreme.

The problem is that my mates have the 2.4Ghz quad core and getting much better benchmarks than my Quad Extreme chip???

So as i have not pissed about with voltages and settings for the Chip in the BIOS since installing it like 6 months ago...
i am wondering what settings i need to set the voltage, CPU Clock, CPU Clock ratio ect should be set... In other words I Have no Idea what the settings should be?

Please can some in lighten me to what settings i should have this chip running at?
And even better if some one with the same model shuttle (SD39P2) and Chip (QX6700) could tell me what settings they have set?

I thought the QX have unlocked multipliers.. so just bump the multiplier..

No they do not..... r u thinking that it could be the shuttle MOBO letting it down?

Unlocked means unlocked.. that's not right.

You should be able to set it what you like.

Just thought i would get back to this as now i am using this chip in a Asus P5Q Deluxe so should now be able to tweak this and getting my moneys worth out of this CPU.

I could easily get my Q6600 upto around 3GHZ with a slight voltage bump in my SD37P2 V1 so I suspect the much higher TDP of the QX6700 could have caused thermal throttling under heavy load.
