Really loud computer =/

hey, first of all thanks for taking the time to look at my thread.

my computer seems to be really loud, i really notice it right before bed when the house is silent and it turns off. its like a plane when its on. i tried stopping some of the fans whilst starting up and i found that the cpu fan makes the most noise =/
i would like to make it quieter but still able to run half decent games when need be, for example, Aion.
could anyone recommend any changes i could make or any cpu fans i could purchase that would be quieter than my current "freezer pro 7" and under £20 budget.

1, is PWM function turned on in the BIOS?
2, What's your CPU?
3, overclocked? what voltage?
4, What case have you got? / how wide is it in mm?

ooo just went into bios to check that thing, and found a smart fan config thing, turned that on and its much quieter :O thank youu very much for nudging in the right direction lol

Well your lucky, many of the eairly ACf7P cooler fans had the PWM function die on them, leaveing you stuck at 100% all the time
