Best LGA 1366 mobo for <£200?

As per title really. I'm looking to throw together a new rig which will be full-fat i7 powered. I can spend up to £200 on a mobo, but obviously I don't want to spend that sort of money unless I'm getting a significantly better board than I would for, say, £100. Any suggestions?

When I was looking recentley most praise was being heaped on the Gigabyte:

And the more expensive Asus, which is generally regarded as the benchmark performer with the high spec (if you need it)

I of course ignored ALL the advice I was given and bought an EVGA Classified
However this was mainly down to the look of it so please ignore my choice!

I seem to recall reading on NewEgg.com that some people were having issues with the physical layout of the EVGA boards when it came to fitting everything insider their case. Did you have a problem with yours?

Also, what do the Classified boards add over the standard ones, other than different PCIe slots?

Ars likes the Giga UD3 at the cheap end, moving up to the UD4 and the MSI X58 Pro.

Have not personally had any issues with the layout - all works pretty well (So far!)



What the appeal was for me:

Looks and the availabilty of a stunning selection of water blocks
Bulletproof construction and componentry
Great bios and adjustments

However I had already decided that this was going to be a real blowout design for me - my first big project for a while and I figured that £100 more on the mobo (over the Asus Deluxe) was worth it this time.
