    i need help with this old comp i am trying to fix

    i turn it on and it show intel desktop board how do i go about this i can get it into bios but i am still new to this sort of stuff

    What type of PC is it? HP/Dell etc etc. Normally its DEL, F10, or F12. Keep bashing the keys until you get into the bios. It doesnt prompt you at all?

    Some times pressing the TAB key on the keyboard will clear the boot up picture.

    As Dirky stated depending on the make there are different methods of getting into the bios.

    Though my first question would be why do you need to get into the bios?
