Trying to fix something at work and it's doing my head in. We've got a workstation with an ATI GL V3600 hooked up to a Dell E2009W monitor. Both drivers are installed and working properly but I cannot get Windows XP to display the correct resolutions list, it only shows the settings for a square monitor.
Any suggestions on how to get round this? I've tried reinstalling the drivers, as well as letting Windows use it's default drivers but no joy.

Sounds crazy but try changing the DVI cable.

Are you sure the GPU supports widescreen resolutions? (I've no idea what age that is, since it's a workstation card)
And BTW, non-widescreen monitors aren't square, they're 4:3

These two I think have hit the nail on the head. It's on an extension cable and plugged into the analogue port, and by the looks of the specs online the highest resolutions are only available via the digital link.
So now to find a 5m DVI cable
