    Laptop Cooling pad

    Hey,

Recently got an i7 laptop, as you can imagine it gets fairly warm so I'm after a cooling stand/pad for it when it's on my desk for many hours.

Thinking this is the best one I've found so far:
Enermax Aeolus , I would post a link but I lack the posts to do so!

Any of you guys use this one or know of any alternative? Or can recommend one?

    Re: Laptop Cooling pad

This from Cooler Master looks decent.

I bought the X1 for my girlfriend's laptop which had heat issues, and it's done pretty well. Not too loud and a good air flow. This is an improvement of it with a larger fan(and LEDs!). The fan in the Aeolus is larger again, but this might be a choice if you don't like the hand rest on that one.

I got a cheap belkin one from play a while ago, runs via usb:

Not bad for the price, have noticed that sometimes (probably due to obstruction) the fans whirrs a bit!
