MSI's mega - cool plans for MEGA

Taken from the main news page on HEXUS.net i thought I would generate awareness of this new MEGA PC.

    Source: http://www.tech-report.com/onearticle.x/5524

QUAKECON — The MSI MEGA PC train is gathering steam. We liked the MEGA PC when we reviewed the first model, but we wished for a less dated chipset. Looks like we'll get our wish in late September, when the MEGA 180 debuts. Based on the nForce2 with the IGP northbridge, this box will have one each of AGP and PCI slots. What's more, with a new black finish, it looks even better than its predecessor.

    MSI's nForce2-based MEGA 180

The MEGA line won't stop there, either. Expect an 865G-based MEGA PC later this fall.
MSI is also hawking a new, MEGA-integrated TV tuner card and MEGA carrying bags, which are, of course, perfect for an event like Quakecon.

If they can get the whole integration thing (HiFi/TV/PC) working nicely with each other, IE timeshifting, programme guide etc on the remote, then it could be a killer.

Hmm, didn't realise the AGP slot was in such a ghay position, no showing off the old graphics card anymore then :/ .

Boys ...... don't use your PC to pull a girl

I don't like the look of the MEGA PC's ... just something about them that looks weird. I haven't owned a HiFi in years, my PC took over that job about 5 or 6 years ago, I still prefer the look of the shuttle over the MSI box. No offence to MSI, but I think it looks like a blatant copy of a modded shuttle that I saw a year or so ago

The red down the side seems a bit tacky IMO :/

I still like the eject button idea that has no psychical connections.
