    Price Check - Base Unit.

    Alright lads,

If the following base unit was up for sale, in say... a month - 6 weeks time, what do you reckon it'd be worth?

    V770 Modding Case.
Asus A7N8X Deluxe rev 2.0 motherboard.
    512mb Crucial DDR400 (Does 11\2\2\2.5)
    AMD Athlon XP 2600+ w/ Volcano 12 Etreme HSF (Does 2.2Ghz (3200+) 24\7)
Sapphire Radeon 9800pro 128 w/ Zalman ZM80-C Heatpipe cooler & Zalman 80mm memory cooler fan (Does XT stock 24\7, haven't bothered pushing it any futher)
    60GB IBM Deskstar Hard Disc.
    Antec SmartBlue 350w PSU.
    52X24X52 CD-RW.
    Slot loading DVD-ROM.
Floppy and fan control unit in the small drive bays.
Crystal Blue Akasa Case Fans (x2), Crystal Blue Cathode, Blue Rounded IDE & Floppy Cables, system exhaust mounted under the GPU (just to be on the extra-extra-extra safe side)

System runs 39c idle, mid-high 40's full load, 6250 3D Marks in 3D Mark 2003. Obviously, no damage to anything.

Everything about a year old, apart from the 9800pro, motherboard and PSU, which are 6 months, if that.

What we reckon then? No keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc, just the base unit.

There is of course a difference between what it is "worth", and what you might actually get for it.

I would say you *should* get £450+ for it.

As long as you have used it before, and have a high rating, probably yes. Only a generous friend would be better.

You could put a 'Buy it now' at £600 and a £450 reserve - you might get lucky...
