Try reseating the RAM, or try running with 1 stick rather than 2 (or whatever your amount is).

Just got around to giving this a try - I had more than one stick in initially. Now can actually get into the bios, which is obviously a massive improvement. Still don't really understand why I didn't get anything at all with two sticks of RAM in.

I see your using 1066Mhz RAM, does it not require 2.1v to be set as the DIMM voltage in the bios? you could also try raising the Northbridge voltage slightly as well.

Yeah, I had to do this stuff with my previous motherboard, although that booted fine with two sticks in initially. It's pretty tough to change voltages when you can't even get into the bios, but now I can, I don't think I'll have any problems getting it fully working.
