Currently have some TwinMoss (winbond bh5) pc3200 that seams to hate running at 200fsb in dual channel config so am looking to replace it
so any sugestions.

Depending on money....
1) Really expensive
a) Corsair
b) OCZ
c) Mushkin
2) Cheap
a) Adata
b) Twinmoss with twinmoss chips
c) Geil?
Obviously there are other brands etc, but they come fairly highly rated. They will all perform as rated, the more expensive ones are likely to have tighter timings (or the ability to do so..)
Remember that you dont need to get dual channel kits such as "matched" or "paired" as they are just marketing gimics really....any two sticks will do - obviously they will perform better if they are the same brand etc...

I got Kingmax RAM, runs pretty nice, not expensive either. 1 Gig (2x512) is only £143 from overclock.co.uk The "Dual Channel" kit (just 2 sticks of Ram that are supposed to be tested together in Dual Chan) actually is cheaper, be it only by a fiver. Kingmax PC3200 runs pretty nice aswell, you can get the timing quite tight but it's not performance Ram. If your after the performance RAM then i'd go with some Kingston, Mushkin or Corsair, youll have to pay though as Corsair PC3200 XMS Pro TwinX is will cost you somewhere under the £300 mark so it's as blockers says depending on money really.
Crucial is always a good choice, for decent reliable RAM, and Corsair XMS Pro for much more expensive, but better performing memory.
Whateve you go for dont buy any now unless you have to, prices have just skyrocketed :(

I dont know about Kingmax stuff. A 512mb stick of PC3200 died on my there last week after only two months use. I also didnt seem to tolerate any changes to the timings although this could have been connected with the Motherboard.Quote:

I've got 1024Mb of XMS3200LL TwinX. It's really good stuff. I quite like it.
