Dead SN41G2

Just my luck. System works fine the night before, next day, switch it on, fans power up flat out, LED's come on but no drive activity and no signal output to the monitor.

Dead shuttle unfortunately. it had been working no problem before that though

KeZZeR, my dads shuttle has done that a couple of times. The fans stay at initial high RPM but no boot up. Power off then power on again and its fine o0 weird

I take it you didn't only try to turn it on the once

Have you changed the Vdimm recently ?

I didn't touch anything at all hardware wise for about a month so it's not user error.

Annoying yes, hopefully i can get it sorted pretty soon though.

afaik changing the vdimm only breaks sn45g's, not sn41g's

I'm RMA'ing mine tommorow 'cause I had to gather all the parts and the receipts. Hopefully overclock.co.uk will be ok for the RMA
