Budget office PC - your comments

My dad want's a PC mainly to archive a large quantity of hand written office documents. It's taken a while but I think he is slowly coming round to the idea that computers are useful. Not too sure about the motherboard. Trying to get everything from ebuyer.

Does your dad really want a bronze case? Maybe the black version would be better. Otherwise, a good choice...

Get Western Digital Caviar 8Mb cache drives (http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...duct_uid=59556) or Seagate Barracuda V 7200.7 8Mb cache drives (http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...duct_uid=52157), not Maxtor.

Western Digital are the best, at a price premium, Seagate are the quietest.

That motherboard is best value for your requirements.

I would recommend brand-name memory, such as this: http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...duct_uid=55344.

That printer is a good choice.

I take it that you are aware that the prices you have quoted do NOT include VAT, and that you must click on the product to see the inc VAT price in grey?
