small rubber ring / belt

Hi all, does anyone have any idea where I should look for a small rubber belt/ring it needs to be 20mm in diametre or slightly less, 4mm wide and 2mm deep. If anyone has any ideas i'd appreciate it, thanks

o-rings from your local B&Q or plumber's/builder's merchant.

thanks, that should do for any one interested it's to go on the scroll wheel of my mouse, which I have just taken apart
