Price Check XFX gtx 260 216sp version

Am thinking about selling my gtx 260 is boxed with manuals and accessories got rid of far cry 2 that came with it,

Was wondering what its worth mine is the XT version which has 621mhz Gpu 2000 memory and 1350 shader clock speed and 216 shader processors. Was gonna wait for a second for sli but they not really come down in price.

    I'm after a 2nd hand 260 but can't afford one.

They seem to go at about £90 fo rthe stock models if thats any help. I believe the better models are going up to £120.

The cards with the top end non-stock coolers are holding thier price well as apparently its relatively easy to get above 715 on the core.

Not entirely certain; maybe get a second opinion.

i reckoned about £80-85 on here.
I was gonna go for two as well but cant afford the layout of another £90-100

Never bothered with overclocking this card as i was only running 1680x1050 res until recently so it killed that res now i got a bigger monitor i want a little more raw power.
has got about 2 months warranty left on it with XFX

Re: Price Check XFX gtx 260 216sp version

My reference GTX 260 was happily chugging along at 710MHz on the core ^_^, can't remember the shader and memory settings but they are higher than that overclocked Gigabyte card which has GTX 275 performance!
Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.

    Shouldn't you be planning for a 5850/70 then for all the eye-candy, i.e. DX11.

£70 more for equal/lesser performance - You could help save the planet though.
