Soo.. My HX620W has decided to go pop, and it's taken my SSDs with it. But at least the rest of the system is fine.
I've had to put an old Hiper Type-R 550w into it, which is an ok PSU for the moment but I need some advice on how to RMA the HX620W.
I can't find the invoice anywhere, doubt I've still got it tbh. And my Scan order history no longer exists due to the merging of 2 accounts for the free delivery on a different account.
Is the HX620W now EOL? Does this mean that I'll receive a different PSU than the one I bought? Do Corsair do any kind of "insurance on damaged products" due to their PSU being the cause of the death of my 2 SSDs?![]()
