Happened to stumble across this on Scan.co.uk.
And perfect timing! My WHS box is in desperate need of an upgrade. Currently I've got 2 x Samsung F1s in there.
So how do they stack up against WDs offerings?

No idea about the F3s, but the 3x 1.5TB F2s I have are not that great. Had them in a RADI-5 array on a hardware controller. They kept dropping randomly, couldn't complete a full format in Windows.
The 4x 1.5TB WD EARDS drives have been faultless running 24/7 for the past few weeks.
I'm pretty sure there's been a bug with the new EARS drives, if those are what you're talking about.
Very slow performance towards the end of the drive IIRC.
I don't think I'd go for 2TB at the moment, way too much of a premium over 1.5TB which seems to be a very nice price-point as things stand.
Opps, extra 'D' in there
Yes those one. I've not seen any problems with them so far, but then the array is only 66% full.
Well I just order it from Scan along with this (only got 3x5.25" bays left ). I'll let you know how I get on, if it is any good I plan on replacing all of my server HDDs with 2TB Samsungs.
Finally installed it (very tight in there now, I'm thinking new case). Loving the 2TB goodness. Quick tests show around 100 mb/s. Not bad for a 5400 RPM drive, temps are around ~20C.
