New PSU

I'm looking to buy a new Power Supply because i'm after a quieter rig and I've sourced almost all the noise to my power supply. I got a 350 Watt Suntek PSU which came with my old machine and it seems to be able to handle all my components. (in sig) I'm looking for anything around 400 watts. It really needs to be quiet aswell. I've found a Vantec PSU, it has 2 fans, supposedly is quieter than other PSU's and it seems alright for what I need. Anyone got one of these and do you think it would provide stable outputs?

Tagan 480 is supposed to be the muts nuts, scan sell em at a rather steep £60 but quality is quality.
