    best blu ray optical drive for under 100 pounds

    can some one please poitn me in the right direction for a really good optical drive with dvd write and re-write and maybe lightscribe as well

    must at least play blu rays

    Look at the LGs....I have 2 different ones (one is a BD-RW, the other just BD-ROM) and both have been faultless as well as the quietest optical drives I have ever owned.

    Fully agree with shaithis, LG know their way round a blu-ray, ive got 3 of the old Blu-ray/HDDVD ROM DVDRW drives and theyre all top notch.

    This probably doesnt help much but ive had no problems with my liteon! Just went for the cheapest one tbh - bit slow for reading data disks eg installing windoes but i have a dvd burner for that

    Yeah LG all the way just waiting for the price of Blu ray media
    to drop then buy a burner.
