New Case advice, ASAP !!

Guys/girls, ive had my TJ09 for over two years now ! Ive kinda..fallen out of love with it and want something new.

Dont want to spend another £170 on a case though, bit extreme, ide like to spend a bit less and buy a corsair H50 too.

What case do i go for ? I was looking at the P183 and P193, i noctua case fan'd my TJ09 so they will be coming out and going in the new case.

Also, if i do go for one of the antec cases can i fit my zalman 6chan fan controller ?

While the style isn't everyones cuppa tea, and the shape/size may be awkward, the Silverstone Raven RV02 is currently selling for £92.81 on Scan Today Only.

There's just short of 2cm between the front of the 5.25" bay and the back of the door on my P182 if that helps.

I own an RV02 and it is a flawed design imo. The hard drive cage withdraws towards the motherboard but clashes with the components on the motherboard as you try to slide it out. To fix screws in the HDDs on the top and bottom edges (drives orientation is 90 degrees to the norm) you need to gain access to the underside of the cage. This access only exists if you can remove the cage.

You have two options. Hang the drives from the top edge only (not very secure) or remove the motherboard every time you want to add a HDD.

The 300 is a really good case. Not sure what you think of it but i have had a couple and very impressed by them.

My antec 300 is great for what I need it for. It's quiet and stylish. But the 902 might give you more room or if it was me, a lian-li pc-p50b

Yep same as on my p180 and that's more than enough space for the Zalman ZM-MFC1 Plus and a sheet of Paxmate on the inside of the door


I'd also agree on the antec 300, as I'm now swinging back to prefering smaller cases.
There's still plenty of space inside for all thoes parts.
