Phenom II X4 940T and 960T

Here are some more details about the new Phenom II X4 processors being released:

The X4 940T runs at 3GHZ and the X4 960T at 3.3GHZ.

It seems that that Turbo Boost should add upto 400MHZ to 500MHZ for a single core:

With Turbo Boost across the all 4 cores the X4 960T should be around the same speed as the X4 965 in multithreaded software, although it should be much faster in software which uses mostly one or two cores IMHO. The processors also have a 95W TDP too.
