    Exclamation No Video Output, :S

Hi I recently attempted to build a friends PC everything was connected fine we were using a Intel Core i5 processor, BFG GTX260, and this motherboard. After test what could be the cause of the problem using a different monitor, cables, and graphics card the same problem occured, No video output what so ever not even a BIOS screen. I put it down to a faulty PCI Express port or motherboard but I could be wrong has anyone got any other idea of why I was getting this problem?

    Thanks in Advance.

Firstly disconnect everything thats not overly important, such as hard drives and optical drives. Check to see if you have the right cables connected to the motherboard, also makesure that the power switch connector is on the right way round.

If the power supply has a switch on the back check to see thats been flicked to the on position.

We tried all that we had the bare bones connected and used the ON button thats on the motherboard still ended up with no video output.

have you got another graphics card that you can try to rule out one or the other? i'm not sure if the gd53 has the lights which indicate if there is any problems either like the gd65 and gd80

Yes I have already tried two different graphics cards instead of the GTX260, I've tried a 8600GT and a GT210.

Also if there were warning lights on it nothing went off.
