Foxconn G31MX-K v1.0

Has anyone tried overclocking with this motherboard and an Intel C2Q8xxx?

The mboard is supposedly hardware identical to the G31MX-K v2.0 and thus I cross flashed the BIOS with the v2.0 bios which supports 1600mhz fsb, no problems, just I still can't seem to run beyond 1333mhz... well... It'll run at 340mhz fsb but its unstable at 341 and the fsb resets itself to 333 at anything above 343mhz

my stuffs: Intel C2Q 8200, 3Gb of Geil ram rated for 800mhz.

Cpus running at 35c idle.. begs to be OC'd :|
