    USB Copy Issue

Hi hopefully someone can help me.

I have purchased a N5500 and installed 5 x 2TB Seagate low power drives in RAID 5. It works really well except I am having a problem with the USB copy. I have 5 external drives we using for backups in the office and I have set them all up on the N5500 and copied each individually using the usb copy module. I than from there copy the files into the directory structure I require and it worked great 4 of the drives. The 5th drive the copy works well but when i try move the files into the relevant folder I get the following message - Cannot move test.ISO: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use.

I have checked that the files on the external drive are not read only and deleted and redone the usb copy but it still does not allow me to move the folders. Anyone know what I can look at?

    Re: USB Copy Issue

Is test.iso larger than 4GB and is the drive FAT32? The 4GB FAT32 file size limit may be the issue.
