Home Office Colour Laser Printer
TPTB here have decided in thier wisdom that using HP original cart's in our existing HP 2600N's was a good idea, and while we have been saving money on toner the savings have been spent in cleaning and maintenance kits and none of it has been put to the side to pay for new printers.
Soooo, I've got dead 2600's coming out of my ears.
Question is, what do I replace them with..
I was looking at the CP2035n, while more than we paid for the 2600's this I felt was the best replacement that HP do...
However, apparently theres a materials shortage so my supplier hasnt even got an ETA on the bloody things..
Anyone else use anything similar that they could recommend over the HP?

This is a good deal (from HUKD)
DELL 1320CN COLOUR LASER + NETWORK PRINTER + 2 SETS OF TONERS - £133.90 inc

Re: Home Office Colour Laser Printer
I am half tempted to get that dell myself, my old skip rescue HP mono laser is starting to play up, and I need a reliable printer. Just wish I could find a <£100 priced mono with duplex that didnt come with starter toner.
Re: Home Office Colour Laser Printer
Bought three CP2025n printers in the last 6 months or so, would recommend holding on as they're excellent printers.
Re: Home Office Colour Laser Printer
Personally when looking for a network printer I would want one that does PCL and Postscript, for maximum longevity the dell above uses a host based printing system (so I would not touch it). My 5MP and 4550N are still going strong after many years, as generic drivers work with them, windows 7 was a breeze even though they are far too old to consider supporting in a new OS.

Mind if I borrow one then, apparently HP are having plastic issues and are struggling to delivery any printers...
