    Dell XPS

    I've been looking at a laptop and have noticed Dell are doing buy now pay April 2011.

    I've priced up the following which I can get for £1100 including a 2 year warranty which also covers accidental damage:

    Main use?
    I'm wary about dedicated graphics, overheating etc..

    It will be for some gaming...but all kinds really - HD films, games, work etc.

    May use it for LANs as well, hence dedicated graphics would be a bonus.

    OK gotcha, in which case spec looks good. Not sure what SSD drives Dell use, if you want one it might be worth getting a mechanical and swapping in your own. Or getting a 64GB Dell one and swap in one later.. just a thought..
