I see that the new unlocked i7-870 CPU called the i7-875K is listed elseware in the uk as pre-order for only £297.30 for the OEM version which is much less than around £500 for the locked i7-870.
With it and the forthcoming i7-880 Im hoping the i7-870 and i7-860 wil become more affordable.
I think the realsese date for the new unlocked i5-655K and i7-875K is 28th May 2010.
Intel are also reported to have an i5-760 to replace or suppliment the i5-750 in the pipeline.

That scan listing is all wrong. It can't be both an OEM part and have a BX SKU.
The OEM SKU should be BV80605001905AM
Should the price stay the same this would surely suggest there dropping the normal 870 ?

for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
