    laing ddc pump noise problem

Hi, I seem to have a problem with what appears to be either a rattle or air trapped in my laing ddc pump. I have tried squeezing the hoses tipping the pump up in all different directions, but the noise persists. Its driving me crazy as I can hear it above the fans and hard drives, has anyone had this problem and how did you solve it? Thanks for any help given.

You havent been playing that awful U2 album again have you?

The bearing might be broken, have you tried opening the pump to see if anything is stuck in there? Might just be clogged up.

I have had the pump apart and cleaned it prior to cleaning the whole system and refilling. Funny thing is, If I force the fluid to go foamy by introducing air, The pump goes very quite?
