Best laptop, for £600 with a numpad ?

I need to find a laptop for £600 with a numpad.

Prefer Strong Brand/CPU Speed to GFX/BLU RAY, anybody seen any decent offers around recently?

It's not actually for myself, but the Inspiron's i don't have much experience with, are they generally reliable?

Dell seem to be fine AFAIK although some of their newer notebooks do seem to use cheaper plastics IMHO.

Lenovo seem to get decent reviews and there is this one on Ebuyer which has a numpad:

Toshiba is also a reliable make too.

However,the Dell notebooks seem to have very good hardware specifications for the price.
