HD4870x2 - How Much Should I Pay For One Used?

As above folks, looking for one and been offered one, still, don't know if they are asking too much for it.

On average, what are these worth now used?

I'd've thought in good nick you could reasonably ask up to around £200 for one? £140 sounds way too little to me - this is a card that can easily outstrip pretty much anything up to a 5850, and depending on game can hand a 5870 it's rear too. I reckon anything under £180 would be a good deal...

I often go there just to get a rough idea on 2nd value, they are selling it for £225.

I sold my 4870s and replaced them with a 4870 X2 - stops my case from overheating and much easier to power.

As Scaryjim said though - they will happily match a 5850, so £180 would be my guess as things stand.

But then you'd need a crossfire support motherboard and enough connectors on your PSU to power 2 GPUs...

They go for around £140-£150 on forums, I've seen one with a waterblock go for £180...
