Where can I get this from??

Does anyone know where I can get the black connectors for the motherboard pins and the associated tool from??

I am modifying a Shuttle case and the front connectors are in a propriety plastic adaptor block.

Maplins do sell a reset button on its own but I would like to use the front buttons on the case:

These (@ Farnell) sound like what you're looking for.

e.g. a typical 2 pin switch uses one of these with the corresponding crimp sockets and respective crimp tool further down the page, the crimp tool is seriously over priced though.

If you haven't used Farnell before, I have to warn you; the minimum order value is £20 ex VAT so have fun filling your basket, free delivery though.

EDIT: Instead of a crimp tool you can use pliers, personally I solder the wire on and then fold the crimp bits using pliers.

Your post has been very helpful indeed!

I had a quick look on Ebay and I think have found the connectors I need:

Too slow but both KustomPC and ChilledPC sell both Pins and plugs (and in different colours)
