Selling desktop - how much is it worth?

I've recently bought a laptop and no longer need my desktop. The specification is as follows:

• Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
• Intel Core 2 Duo E5200
• Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R v1.0
• 4 x Corsair 1GB 6400C4 800MHz
• 500GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.12
• nVidia 9600GT 512MB
• Tagan T430-U15 430W
• Cooler Master ATC-201B SXT

Two people are interested in buying it but how much is it worth, roughly?

Hmmm, spec's fairly moderate nowadays. How old is it? If you've actually got interested buyers I'd've thought around £200 as a complete system...?

Yep I'd go with around that figure, is W7 OEM or boxed retail?
Warranties often should be taken into account for resale pricing (as above)

You might see a touch over £200 for it , but certainly not much more than that. I sold an Athlon X2 tower on the net a few months back and that only got £200.
