More than enough.
In fact it would be more than enough for a pair of 5850s.
I can say it will definitely be enough, even if you were to overclock both the processor and graphics card.
It would only be a waste of money to get the Corsair 650W.
Hexus tested a Scan prebuild today with heavily overclocked GTX480 and i7 920, that was running happily on a 650W PSU. Given how comparatively energy efficient the 5850 is compared to the GTX480 (and to a lesser extent the Phenom II + 890 chipset combination is compared to i7 + X58) you should be more than fine with a 620W for your planned build
I found a very handy PSU calculator online. If you google Power Supply Calculator it should come out top. Calculates the mimimum and reccomended PSU for you.
