Need An Extremely Cool P4

Im looking at certain heatsinks and fans for my new P4. I want it to be as cool as possible, no matter of noise. Had a look around overclockers at the ThermalRight SP-94 (Socket 478) Cooler (HS-011-TR)
(2nd down) which seems good. Also, it takes a 92mm fan, so i was looking for the most airflow possible. Anyway i found a Vantec TD9238H Tornado 92mm fan - Retail (FG-001-VT) (bottom). Is that a good combination, or is there better? I was originally looking at a Jet 4. Any opinions or other recommendations? Thanks in advance :)
