Re: 24" TFT but low budget

Not really a whole lot to choose from at that price point tbh.

    Acer 24" £151 http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/24-Ac...cd-m-2-ms-VESA

    Acer 24" LED Backlit £160.91 http://www.ebuyer.com/product/179160

    LG 23" £153.99 http://www.ebuyer.com/product/165288

Other units include a HKC and Viewsonic from a little cheaper, a little more costly is a BenQ 24" at £165 on ebuyer.

If you can stretch your budget a bit I'd definitely consider the BenQ G2420HDBL that Jasp is mentioning:

    http://www.ebuyer.com/product/177131

I have it myself and it is absolutely great value for money.

My 24" Samsung just died on me, from looking around it does seem the Benq G2420HDBL comes highly rated on price/performance. Going to get one myself this week.

Re: 24" TFT but low budget

I got this full HD Acer a couple of months ago. Granted it's only a 23" but it's a very nice screen, been using it for web browsing and gaming mainly. Better than the Fujitsu 22" which Im using on other rig.

Re: 24" TFT but low budget

I've got the Acer that Jasp listed (£151) and I can say its a great monitor for the price, only had it since xmas but haven't experienced any problems yet (touch wood).

I picked up the 24" BenQ for £145 (at the time it was cheapest on Play.com of all places) and it's a great value monitor
