I use a couple of APCs - 1500 units that are much more expensive (around £400), but I have to say that they've never given me even the slightest problem, and the software works flawlessly and is easy to use.
No complaints whatsoever, would stick with APC in the future based on my experience with them.
I dont have one, but have only heard good things about APC.
I've got a smartups750 on my server downstairs and an MGE thing on my main machine.

Another Satisfied APC user here at home. I have an 850 VA one at home and all of the UPS's at work are APC.

That's all reassuring, £400 would be a bit much for me though, thanks very much
Had an APC 600 then an APC 700 now on an APC 1500. Great bits of kit and replacement batteries aren't too expensive. Don't forget to let the battery take the load now and again to run it down and recharge it otherwise it will degrade and when you need it it won't have the power you expect.
i use a recon powerware 9125, its hardwired in the loft to feed the twin plugs the pc uses and also feeds the central heating.
last time we had a power cut i was mid flight on FSX none the wiser until the wife came upstairs to tell me
APC Smart-UPS 750i for my desktop & networking kit. It has worked perfectly during several full outages and power dips over the past 4 years or so. Large companies only ever go with APC kit, unless anyone can suggest a common alternative - perhaps Liebert etc.
I use a cheap APC Back-UPS for cheap disposable devices in case it blows up.
APC SmartUPS and BackUPS here. I've never seen the need for fully "online" UPS for domestic use, and I've never had any problems with APC. Having said that, I've never tried the alternative makes because I've always been satisfied with APC.
Apologies to the OP, Durga but this is a side tracking question to the folks with UPS's but have you had any specific problems with certain PSU's? In other words, were the UPS incompatible with your PSU's (or the other way around, if you know what I mean), thanks folks.
No probs from any I have had
My MGE750 thing was about £80 iirc..
