Are these temps high?

I brough a few replacement fans for my case recently (cm690) and thought while i was sorting that all out i'd try and reset my titan fenrir cooler so it points towards the back rather than up. After resticking it on with some thermalright CF2 and keeping the same overclock I had before (3.48 (21x1.66)) the idle temp is 45 and the load temp (using OCCT Linpack) is 74. Are these temps right or should i be getting much lower temps than that? Any advice would be appreciated!

Definitely looks fine, I use an Noctua NH-U12P and on a 3.8ghz overclock I reach about 85C load and run about 45C idle at 2.3ghz ish.
