for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
For a new Card, yes, although make sure it's a gddr3 version.
2nd hand is better if you don't mind it, a 4870 for £65 is good, I've got a couple of 9800gtx for £55 as well

Its for a new budget build for a customer, was just doing some market research to make sure my current thinking was correct. However..i recently did one and chose the 5750 over the 9800gt.
There are DDR2 versions of the 9800GT so be careful which one you get!!
You can get the GTS250 1GB for around £80 and the HD5750 512MB for around £85 to £90.
The HD4670 GDDR3 is available for around £50 to £60 too. The GT240 GDDR5 is around the £60 to £70 price range and has performance in between a 9600GT and 9800GT IIRC.
9800gt ddr3 for around £75-80 http://www.ebuyer.com/product/173758
