Graphic card, Active DisplayPort Adapter to HDMI?

I have "ATI Radeon HD 5870 Eyefinity 6" card.

I can only get two LCD TV working but to get to third one to work I was told I need Active DisplayPort Adapter. Like this one: Amazon.com: Accell B087B-003J UltraAV miniDisplayPort/DVI-D Dual-Link Adapter: Electronics

However it has DVI output but I need HDMI .

It is safe connect DVI to HDMI converter on to that adapter? like this I guess Amazon.com: AmazonBasics HDMI to DVI Adapter Cable (9.8 Feet / 3.0 Meters): Electronics

dvi is pin compatible with hdmi - just get any dvi to hdmi cable or a passive adapter.
