ATi 5850 prices and 6### release date

Been looking around and can see that the 5850 prices start at a little over £200, but with the imminent release of the 6### series, they could drop a bit. However, from what I read the release date for the 6### series is "2nd half of 2010".

Anyone know when they are coming? And what a decent 5850 is likely to drop to?

November for the 6xxx series is the latest rumour, and with Nvidia having only one card out worth getting (460) theres no rush for them

I reckon the GTX470 is worth getting, beats the 5850 price to performance, infact the 470 keeps up with a 5870 with latest drivers

So the 470 is a sick card
