    well the site doesnt give nearly enough info on them, but Id say no just from the fact that the 3.3 and 5v rails are shared - this gives nasty effect or the rails dropping slightly as soon as you put a small load on them.

    thx for the reply , they got to be better than q-tec's psu's though

    I have 230w AT psus that are better than a qtec
    Unless these are sub £30 I wouldnt buy one, there are better psus...

    they are , look here (£24.68 including VAT , which is cheaper than a q-tek 550wwatt) the 12v rail amp's is 30A , which is what i am looking for .
    i dont want to spend a fortune as i am saving for a geforce 6800nu
